Our Services - Device Sourcing

If you have decided to order a device using our services, please know that you are required to required to submit an e-mail using the link below giving the name of the item, its condition and its specifications along your real name, a currently active contact number and a price range. shortly after sending your e-mail, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us disclosing the availability and the time frame for sourcing the device. Within this time frame, we will search our local and international resources and  inspect found device to ensure that the conditions of the device meets your all of your requirements. When  match has been found, you will be reached via contact number to schedule a meeting time and place where one of our sourcing agents will deliver the item to you.

In the event that the price you have given is inadequate or the device is not available, a notification e-mail will be sent stating that the device cannot be found and suggestions on how to obtain the device.

Our device sourcing services require a flat 9% service charge to be taken from the cost of the device (e.g we will take $1,800 on payment for a $20,000 device) so please insure that requested prices are reasonable. Payment for the devices ordered will be required only when meeting with our sourcing agent.

Used/Refurbished laptops and other computer devices (not including cellular phones and other hand held devices) will be supported by a 3 month warranty which includes premium servicing, maintenance and repair (excluding the cost of repair parts if needed). New condition laptops and other computer devices (again, not including cellular phones and other hand held devices) will be supported by a 5 month warranty which includes the same premium servicing, maintenance and repair
